The hotel had a good location, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even during the busy Christmas season. The breakfast selection was varied and tasty, with options for different dietary preferences.
The facilities were quite dated and in need of maintenance. Our room had a malfunctioning air conditioning system, which resulted in water damage and mold on the walls and ceiling.

Good view from the window and the room was quite spacious. Well located near some tourist attractions and with a subway station nearby.
Terrible service from staff and poor cleaning of the room. Facilities were run down and in need of repairs.
